Yoshikage Kira is a clear homage to David Bowie’s “Thomas Jerome Newton” persona from the Berlin and The Man who fell on Earth period. Both characters are alien outsiders who come to Earth to learn about human society and end up becoming obsessed with material possessions. They also both have a striking physical appearance, with Kira’s bleach blonde hair and Bowie’s iconic make-up. Crucially, both characters are shown to be deeply flawed and ultimately doomed by their own obsessions.
Killer Queen Requiem is the requiem evolved version of Killer Queen. It is obtained by standing on top of the fountain in the safe zone with at least 200,000 points and 1 million yen, and Killer Queen equipped and having another player use KQR’s or KQOH’s rewind passive.

Is bite the dust a requiem?
This is an interesting note on something that many fans may not have known. It is true that in the game, Bites the Dust is shown to be a non-canon Requiem stand instead of the ability that Yoshikage Kira uses canonically. However, it is still possible to obtain this stand by using a Requiem Arrow on Killer Queen.
DIO is definitely the stronger fighter here, and while Kira does have his “Bites the Dust” ability, it’s not enough to take down DIO. In general, DIO should be able to beat Kira without too much difficulty.
