It’s hard to believe that it’s been 20 years since Clippy first appeared on our screens, and in that time it’s gone through some highs and lows. From being a helpful companion in Microsoft Office to being unceremoniously ousted in 2007, Clippy has certainly had its ups and downs. But it remains an iconic figure in the world of computing, and I for one will always have a soft spot for it. Thanks for everything, Clippy.
