Regidrago is significantly slower, meaning it will almost always move last in battle. However, it does have access to Dragon Dance which can help mitigate this somewhat. It also boasts higher physical Bulk and an interesting typing in Steel/Dragon.
Regieleki is better than Regidrago in many ways. For one, it has a base Speed stat of 200, making it the fastest Pokémon in the game. Additionally, it suffers from the same lack of bulk as Regidrago, with only 50 for both base Defense stats. However, it has only 80 base HP, making it even frailer.
Do I have to choose between Regidrago and Regieleki
We recommend Regieleki over Regidrago for a few reasons. While both have high Special Attack and Speed, Regieleki’s low base HP stat makes it much easier to take down with priority moves. Additionally, Regieleki is much more frail and can be KOed more easily by super effective moves. Finally, Regieleki is significantly weaker to Stealth Rock than Regidrago, which can give it an unfavorable matchup against some teams.
